With a nod toward rustic charm, The Rafters gets its name from the soaring wood-beamed ceiling which is adorned with contemporary chandeliers and lighting. The event area can be utilized to make space for up to 500 guests for a cocktail-style event, 350 people for a theater-style ceremony or up to 200 guests for a seated reception. There is a 1,426 square foot atrium that adjoins The Rafters, allowing for a mixed-use area for either a bar area or cocktail space.
The Great Room is aptly named for its grand, vaulted space covering over 5,200 square feet. Perfect for a cocktail reception or large seated dinner, The Great Room brings together a unique modern design with wood, concrete and glass features. This Great Room can accommodate up to 700 guests for cocktails, 500 for a ceremony or up to 300 people for a seated dinner. A 1,600 square foot lounge area offers a stunning built-in bar making it ideal for cocktails before the reception or as an after party locale.
The Porch is a beautifully-landscaped patio area adjacent to The Great Room that offers an additional 3,100 square feet of entertainment space. With contemporary glass garage doors that cover the width of one wall, The Porch allows for a true indoor-outdoor event. Soft bistro lighting and comfortable seating create an intimate setting that can be used for a ceremony, cocktails or a post-wedding party. The Porch allows for up to 500 people for cocktails, 300 guests for a ceremony or up to 150 for a seated dinner.
Catering is offered through Clayton's in-house service and includes everything from tables and chairs to linens and tableware. The menu is created based on seasonal items and focuses on fresh ingredients from local purveyors. Bar service is also done in-house and offers hand-crafted cocktails and local craft beers. Additional vendors for photography, a wedding cake, decorations and entertainment are welcome at The Clayton House.
